Introducing Tidy Architects

We are delighted to use the launch of our new website to formally introduce TIDY Architects Ltd. We are a young and creative practice that have been established with a relatively simple goal; to help people along the process of realising beautiful buildings and places. Architecture is about people and we seek to work closely with our clients and to collaborate with likeminded professionals to bring the best out of each project, brief and site.

TIDY was founded by Christopher Robinson who, after working for practices across London and the Midlands, had a desire to form his own Architectural studio. Created with a vision to develop a creative design-led environment that is engaging for both clients and employees alike. Chris has experience in delivering high-end commercial and residential schemes, working on everything from bespoke one-off housing to mixed-use masterplans.

This short introduction signifies the beginning of our journey which we will share on our website and social media. We look forward to developing both our existing projects as well as any future opportunities that come our way. Tender drawings for Branston Hill House

TIDY have recently been instructed to proceed with the development of a Stage 4 drawing package (technical design) to allow for the tender of the proposed extensions and renovation works at Branton Hill House. The proposed works are relatively simple, with some minor demolition works, two small extensions and a re-clad of the exterior however, in order to elevate the project, we will be honing in on a select number of materials and details to ensure the proposals are both beautiful and robust.

Outline planning application submitted for six detached houses in North Warwickshire

We have recently submitted an outline application for six detached dwellings within North Warwickshire. The proposals will form a signature development for an up and coming private developer.

The brief outlined the clients aspirations to create high quality, sustainable houses with a distinctive architectural character and generous open green spaces. TIDY were approached to bring a richness and quality to the development which would both maximise the value of the site and help progress the developers brand identity.
